Industrial copper waste water does not deal with emissions will cause water quality,soil pollution,will lead to waste of resources.In this paper,the emulsion liquid film method in the turntable continuous treatment of copper-containing wastewater,on the one hand to reduce the discharge of copper in the water content,on the other hand the copper ions are recovered.First(under normal temperature and pressure),with isoamyl acetate,span-85,liquid paraffin,industrial kerosene as organic phase,NH3H2 O as an aqueous phase in Emulsion Liquid Membrane System to Separate the Cu2 + from Wastewater.By exploring the dosage of isoamyl acetate,Span-85,liquid paraffin,industrial kerosene of each component,and the influence on Cu2 + extraction rate of the operating conditions such as the ratio of milk to milk,ratio of oil to oil,pH value of internal water,NH3H2 O concentration,milk rotation speed,milk extraction time,extraction speed and extraction time,determined the membrane phase ratio and the optimum extraction conditions.Isoamyl acetate: Span-85: liquid paraffin: industrial kerosene(volume ratio)is 3.0: 1.5: 0.5:22,oil ratio is 1.2,milk ratio is 0.4,the pH value of the aqueous phase is 5.5,the concentration of NH3H2 O in the internal aqueous phase is 1.0mol / L,milk rotation speed is 10000 rad / min,milking time for 20 min,extraction speed is 600 rad / min,extraction time for 5min.Based on the above batch processing results,using the rotating disc contactor to process continuously,by adjusting the solvent ratio(inlet / feed),moving speed,to determine the appropriate conditions for continuous operation: when the solvent ratio is 3 and the moving speed is 170 r / min,then the extraction rate of Cu2 +is 95%.According to the experimental results,establish the relationship between the number of moving plates and the extraction rate when the treatment temperature of 100 mg / L copper wastewater reached 99% extraction rate,by the residence time check method to obtain the number of moving plates corresponds to the tower height,the height calculated by the mass transfer unit height theory coincides with the tower height introduced by the equation.Under certain conditions of extraction,further explore the emulsion stability(liquid film swelling rate,damage rate),the results of intermittent experiments show that: the optimum dosage of isoamyl acetate is 3.5ml,Span-85 is 1.2ml,liquid paraffin is 1.5ml,industrial kerosene is 22 ml,oil ratio is 1.0,milk ratio is 0.6,the appropriate milk rotation speed of 5000 r / min,the appropriate time for milk for 20 min,the appropriate extraction speed is 600 r / min,the appropriate extraction time is 10 min.Based on the experimental results of intermittent processing,using the rotating disc contactor to process continuously,determined the appropriate conditions for continuous processing: the appropriate moving speed is 200 r / min,the appropriate water flow is 20 L / H,the appropriate into the milk flow is 6L / H.The emulsion is subjected to demulsification using a membrane separator,discuss the relationship between the rate of flow outflow at different pressures,the relationship between permeation flux and time under different pressures,the relationship between breaking rate and time under different pressures,and the continuous use of demulsifiers under different pressures.The results of demulsification show:-9.31 kpa is the optimum pressure,the flow rate is the largest under the pressure,the permeation flux of the membrane is the largest,the flow rate is relatively stable,and the continuous working can be achieved.Emulsion can be reused.
