3D fabric is a kind of design diversity,structure more complex three-dimensional fabric.Because of the thickness direction reinforced fiber in 3D fabric composite material,so it has better mechanical properties.Angle interlock woven fabric composite material is one of the most widely used in the 3D fabric,this structure can be on ordinary loom for weaving,realizing the needs of a variety of mechanical properties in flexible to change the base fabric structure,having a great development prospect.Fiber reinforced plastic composites attract researchers' attention for the advantage of lightweight and strong.Three dimensional fabric reinforced composite is now the most attractive materials for they are not only with the advantages of normal composite but also with unibody moldable which can reduce processing time and cut costs.In 3D tubular composite the force condition is unlike that in the plant composite,the stress concentration in 3D tubular is not as serious as that on the free edge of plant composites.So it is reasonable to believe that the 3D tubular composite will be more widely used in aerospace vehicles industry as structural parts.The purpose of this study is to develop a unibody molding method to manufacturing three dimensional tubular fabric reinforced plastic composite.First angle interlock is used as the basic fabric weave to fabricate a tubular fabric,by changing the interweaving between warp and weft thread the thickness of the tubular fabric can be designed.Using the appropriate weaving process parameters,as well as the parts of the loom to adjust,pay attention to the weft when the weft tension,weaving can be a complete shape of the three-dimensional tubular fabric.Comparing the compressive properties with the bending performance,it is concluded that the composite material of the tubular fabric composite material can effectively reduce the damage process of the composite pipe due to the interweaving of the weft yarns,and the compressive breaking strength and the maximum bending Force is better than the winding of the tubular composite material.
