Phosphine ligand is a kind of organic compounds which is widely used in the field of catalysis.However,most phosphine ligands,especially aromatic ring-containing phosphine ligands,have poor solubility in ScCO2.Professor Jessop pointed out that the introduction of carbonyl and Lewis basic atoms in the molecular structure of triphenylphosphine increases the solubility of the molecule in ScCO2.Based on this conclusion,a modified phosphine ligand with triphenylphosphine as the parent was designed.In the molecular structure,a glyceride group containing more carbonyl and Lewis basic atoms was introduced,namely,?4-glycidyl ester Phenylphenyl?diphenylphosphine and bis?4-glycidyl ester phenyl?phenylphosphine.The main work of this paper is to design the molecular structure and synthetic route,to improve the synthesis route,to explore its synthesis method,to optimize the reaction conditions of important intermediates,and finally synthesize and characterize the designed phosphine ligands.Its molecular structure has not been reported.The main contents of this paper are as follows:?1?Design and improve the synthesis of?4-glycidyl ester phenyl?diphenylphosphine.?2?Optimized reaction conditions for the key intermediate?4-glycidyl ether phenyl?diphenylphosphine oxide.?3?Design and synthesis of bis?4-glycidyl ester phenyl?phenylphosphine.This work has laid the foundation for the study of the solubility of glyceride modified phosphine ligands in ScCO2.
