On The Evaluation Of Schemes In The Planning Of Large-scale LNG Cold Energy Utilization Projects

In recent years,China's LNG station projects are booming.But the studies on the use of LNG cold energy are still immature,as most of the LNG stations have not yet been used for cold energy.A large amount of cold energy can be lost to the environment by seawater heating or other ways,causing substantial energy loss on the one hand and cold pollution on the other.The planning and implementation of the cold energy utilization of the LNG station,there is a need and urgent need.Due to the use of many ways of LNG cold energy utilization,so the number of potential alternatives are more,and options when faced with balance multiple objectives,coupled with the LNG cold energy utilization effect of the factors involved are many and complex,difficult work plan.In this paper,the influence factors of LNG cold energy are sorted out,and the influencing factors involved in the planning process are analyzed according to the three major categories of policy,technology and economy.The important influencing factors are screened.On the basis of the analysis of influencing factors,the evaluation system of LNG cold energy utilization scheme is constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the weight of the LNG cold energy utilization scheme is determined by the expert questionnaire,which solves the multi-objective tradeoff problem in the planning process,What is the best way for the program.On this basis,the further control of the LNG cold energy utilization program constraints,the overall size of the options to limit,to ensure that the program is realistic,and really feasible.Finally,this paper analyzes the cold energy utilization plan of a LNG station by designing the LNG cold energy utilization scheme evaluation model,and selects the optimal scheme in the three options and exhaustive programs for the practical decision.
