Gas wave machine with pressure oscillation tube with double opens is a new type of boosting equipment.It realizes energy exchange between the different fluids by transfer of pressure wave.Compared with the static ejector,it has higher entropy efficiency.Especially in smaller pressure ratio,the advantage is more obvious.The research on the gas wave machine has an important practical industrial value on the exploitation of nature gas.This paper begins with exploring the internal theoretical study,and studies the performance of gas wave machine through the theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and experiment.The results are as follows:(1)The wave motion in the wave rotor is analyzed using one-dimensional unsteady flow dynamic analysis method;and analysis the formation,transmission and reflection of the pressure oscillation tube with double opens;and the introduction of the equipment structure;and the ideal wave diagram is set up to analyze the working process;and analysis the motion law of the boundary surface.(2)The two-dimensional numerical model is stablished,and validated the model: the elimination of initial conditions,the experimental verification of numerical models,the independence of grid.The internal wave motion is analyzed.The effect of gradual closed loss on wave system is analyzed,and set the buffer zones(6o)to optimize the structure.(3)The experiment process is designed,and the experimental system is established.Analyzed the affection of the operation parameters and structure parameters,and the conclusions are as follows: under the small pressure ration situation,it has higher entrainment ratio and isentropic efficiency;and get the optimal parameters: Bhp=47.6mm,B?=65mm,Bht=55.2mm,Bt=126.2mm,Pht=0.125 MPa,n=30Hz.(4)Analyzed the affection of operation with liquid on pressurization performance of the pressure oscillation.The conclusions are as follows: the operation with liquid have almost no influence on pressurization,but a big influence on refrigeration;under the condition of the liquid quantity is less than 6.9%,it has almost no influence on pressurization and refrigeration,the gas wave machine with pressure oscillation tube with double opens shows good stability.
