The Design Of Rectisol Process For Special Feed Gas Under Low-pressure

Since it is short of oil resource and coal resources are plentiful in our country,to make efforts to develop coal-based fuel is essential.As the core technology of the coal chemical industry,the gasification has been wildly used.The gas produced by the coal gasification contains acid gases such as sulfur and carbon dioxide,which will make catalyst poisoning in the following process of synthetic product.Therefore,these acid gases need to be removed.Well,due to the strong absorption capacity,low production cost and high selectivity,Rectisol process often be chosen to remove acid gas from the feed gas.The operation conditions of Rectisol are low temperature and high pressure,and the minimum pressure is no less than 2.0MPa.So far no study has been done on the design of Rectisol process for special feed gas under low-pressure.The work has designed and simulated the Rectisol process for the special feed gas under low-pressure.According to the raw material conditions,the main work was as follows: we established 7 tower models,adjust the CO2 desorption tower and add two stand-by columns to satisfy the requirement of separation and purification.We resolved the low absorption problem and meet the requirements of the process and reduced the energy and investment by using recycle methanol solution and building heat exchanger network.Finally,sensitivity analysis was used to simulate and optimize the parameters of various modules,and the full process simulation was completed successfully.The composition of the coal gas after purification meet the product requirements?the recovery of CO2 is higher than 95%,H₂S<2.6ppm?.99.5% H₂ and 99.5% CO are recovered.Besides,the content of sulfide is below 20 ppm in off gas and methanol is below 100 ppm in waste water.As a result,the study can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the construction of the factory.
