Most nature products in nature show good biological activities.Compounds containing indole structure units many were found to be drugs.Especially bisindole derivatives and arylurea compounds having indole structure units have pharmaceutical value.Therefore,the study on indole compounds is also a hot field.Our work mainly in three aspects: NBS-catalyzed indole homocoupling,GO-catalyzed indole reaction with amine to construct bisindolymethanes compounds,and ‘one pot' method to synthesize aryl thiourea compounds.This paper included four parts:Chapter one: Summary.Describe oligomeric reaction of indole,progress on some synthetic methods of bisindolymethanes and arylurea compounds.And briefly summarize the purpose and significance of thesis.Chapter two: Introduce a simple and useful method of NBS-catalyzed indole homocoupling in room temperature under exposure system,avoids the harsh reaction condition by the using metal catalyst,acid,base or ionic liquid in recent years.This synthetic method only need adding catalyst of NBS and the solvent of acetonitrile in good yields by using economic and environmental friendly reagents.Chapter three: Introduce a green and environmental metal-free synthetic method by using primary amine and indole as reactants via GO-catalyzed C-N bond cleavage deaminase to constructing bisindolymethanes compoundsChapter four: Describe a Cu(?)-catalyzed protocol for synthesising sreies arylurea compounds of C2,C2 fracture ring-open indole contain indole structure unit by exploring and optimizing the experiment condition,then expand the substrates in the optimum reaction conditions.This method has the advantages of simple operation,cheap reagents and low environmentally pollution.
