With the rapid economic development of China,to control the environmental pollution caused by energy consumption,especially to control SO2 and acid rain pollution caused by fueling coal have become the urge to construct a harmonious society and to ensure the sustainable development of the economy.However,the high investment,operation and maintenance costs and low availability ratio of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system have hindered the application of flue gas desulfurization project in thermal power plants to some extent.As the national environmental protection requirements and SO2 emission standard get stricter,the optimization and adjustment of SO2 flue gas control technology in thermal power plants have become the key problem that needs to be solved as quickly as possible.Therefore,a comprehensive optimization and adjustment of the flue gas desulfurization system,and a mastery of the design and operation parameters of the flue gas desulfurization system of thermal power plants are of great significance to promote China's flue gas desulfurization process of thermal power plants.Based on the introduction of the characteristics,technological process,and application situation of flue gas desulfurization technology at home and abroad,the dissertation focuses on systematic adjustment and analysis of sodium-calcium double alkali wet flue gas desulfurization technology.In order to increase the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization and reduce the operation costs,the dissertation introduces the research on FGD technology with the 1 x35t/h industrial boiler of Tianjin Jinyao Biotech Co.,Ltd.as the case.Generally speaking,the work of this paper is mainly focused on the following three aspects:(1)The study of the emission technology project.There are two kinds of technical routes in the industry to realize the low emission requirements of industrial flue gas.In this paper,the working conditions and the advantages and disadvantages of the two technical routes are described in detail.(2)Technical research on the low emission of double alkali method.Double alkaline desulfurization technology is introduced and advantages and disadvantages,and the factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency was studied,it is concluded that how to control the desulfurization factors to achieve ultra-low emissions.(3)The application and analysis of double alkali desulfurization technology in practical engineering.Combined with the actual engineering case,the operation effect is analyzed.Finally,the full text of the summary,and put forward their own innovation and inadequate consideration of the place.
