III The coal industry is a pillar industry of our country.Mine is the soul of mine production and safety in the process of coal mining coal mine flooding disaster influence is quite big.When the accident happened at inclined shaft and,due to the complexity of underground personnel mobility and the working environment,it is difficult to grasp the exact number of downhole trapped miners,everyone in the specific position and state of life,brings great difficulties to the rescue work,often delay the best opportunity to rescue,have serious consequences.This requires a can arrive early in the process of suction drainage trapped people in emergency rescue device.Therefore put forward design for mine explosion-proof lifeboat is necessary.Based on the current status of mine water disasters and mainly based on the research of the relief way of both at home and abroad,aiming at coal mine inclined shaft and permeable condition,design and research of mining flameproof lifeboat,expounds explosion-proof lifeboat relative to other relief means more convenient and effective,to ensure the security of miners' life plays an important role,offers a new way for mine water disaster relief.According to the characteristics of mine explosion proof lifeboat,the design of the rubber cylinder,aluminum alloy base and explosion-proof drivingsystem is completed,and the three-dimensional model of mine explosion proof lifeboat is established by Pro/E.On this basis,according to the Archimedes principle on the theory analysis of mine explosion proof lifeboat suspension characteristics,through calculation and static hydraulic curve of buoyancy,and the inflatable boat hull stiffness,strength and air pressure are discussed,the relevant parameters to measure the lifeboat capacity obtained.According to the characteristics of the life of the lifeboat,the main components of the propeller are discussed in order to meet the requirements of small space,high thrust,high flexibility and so on.On the basis of modern ship propeller design method of the main propulsion device number of propellers,propeller blade number,propeller speed,diameter and propeller blade section shape and shape are discussed,to determine the mine explosion-proof lifeboat use the best form of propulsion device.Then carries on the analysis to the propeller blade surface value calculation method,the value of three-dimensional coordinate transformation formula of blade surface is summarized;the use of PropCAD design of propeller surface contour curve,combined with Solidworks to establish three-dimensional model of MAU type propeller,PropCAD and Solidworks jointly established the MAU type propeller.Finally,using the established digital propeller model for numerical analysis,based on the CFD theory,using multiple reference frame model are established and static dynamic mesh grid,simulation of propeller open water test digital model,using Fluent analysis,the No.two propeller and propeller in dynamic characteristics,themaximum static load and the maximum thrust of leaf and compared,in order to optimize the design,to find the most suitable for the explosion-proof lifeboat used by propeller.The research on the brushless DC motor with good robustness is carried out.In this paper,the principle of sensorless control of Brushless DC motor is analyzed,and the mathematical model of the system is established based on the classical mechanical modeling method.According to the mathematical model,the corresponding control algorithm is designed,and the simulation environment is built in MATLAB/SIMULINK to verify the correctness of the control algorithm.In addition,the hardware design of the main control circuit,micro controller,driver circuit,position detection circuit is discussed,and the design of control program;complete controller PCB design using Altium designer software.At the end of this paper,the preliminary test of the surface of the mine explosion proof lifeboat is carried out.The results show that the anti explosion lifeboat has the characteristics of large bearing capacity,strong power and good maneuverability.The research on the brushless DC motor with good robustness is carried out.In this paper,the principle of sensorless control of Brushless DC motor is analyzed,and the mathematical
