The 3D printing will creat an revolution in manufacturing industry as an increasing material manufacturing method for feature of fast,convenience,indivduation.Compared to the traditional mechanical method,3D printing is effective,fast,personalized,and so on.3D printing involves mechanical,electronic,materials,computer,control and other disciplines,belonging to a highly interdisciplinary subject.The development of materials is the most critical for 3D printing.Material is also a bottleneck restricting the development of 3D printing,so searching for new materials and making new materials 3D printing become a new bright spot and difficulty.In this paper,the fast 3D printing of Two-component isocyanate polyurethane was studied.The effects of the composition ratio,flow characteristics,catalyst concentration and temperature on the reaction time were mainly analyzed.The prototype of the printing extrusion device is developed to realize the 3D printing of the two-component isocyanate polyurethane.The main research contents of the paper are:1.The characteristics of a variety of isocyanate and Polyvinyl alcohol,functional degree,and based on analysis results,the final deployment of 3D printing of isocyanate A,B formula was analysed.The relationship between reaction time and dibutyltin dilaurate(catalyst)was researched as well as the measurement of Shao hardness as a reaction Solidification evaluation criteria.2.For A,B material with nonuniform degree and large pressure drop,the viscosity and density of A and B were used as the physical properties to analyze nonuniform degree and mixed pressure drop of SK static mixer.The SK static mixer was designed based on the analysis results.3.In the problem of uneven heating of isocyanate,the distance between the hot air gun and the polyurethane is obtained by the flow thermal coupling analysis of the hot air gun.The influence of the outlet temperature of the hot air gun on the surface temperature distributuon of the polyurethane surface were analysed to obtain the most uniform surface temperature of the polyurethane.The best distance and the best heat source temperature are selected based on the analysis result.4.The basic working principle of 3D printer is analyzed.The A?B extrusion mixing device are designed at the condition of fitting the feed rate of 3D printer for the two-component polyurethane isocyanate thermosetting molding experiment.The 3D printing of isocyanate polyurethane was realized.
