The method using lattice material to replace solid part is widely accepted and continuously developed in structure lightweight.Comparing with homogeneous lattice structure,the inhomogeneous one could highly increase the lightweighting efficiency.A density-driven modeling scheme of inhomogeneous lattice structure was proposed based on research of existing modeling schemes,topological optimization and feature extraction of points cloud.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,a lattice structure designing method based on relative density data created by 3D topology optimization was proposed.A corresponding relationship between lattice parameters and relative density was established.The relationship of some typical structures has been analyzed as example.Secondly,according to the feature of density points cloud and lattice modeling region's geometric features,a pertinence points cloud treatment scheme was put forward,which could realize data simplifying,coordinate transformation,contour extraction and feature point extraction.New solutions of initial point selecting and contour points retrieval mode were proposed.Thirdly,an independent modeling thinking of lattice unit was proposed and unit's self-defined model was built based on the thinking.Typical lattice unit structures was redesigned and units' parameters were encapsulated.Computing automation of references' parameters of shape and position was realized.Fourthly,a project of modeling automation was put forward based on reference computing and lattice unit's remodeling.Rapid modeling of inhomogeneous lattice structure was realized based on parameters customization.Then,several improvement ideas were proposed by analyzing the defects of the existing lattice modeling software.A lattice modeling card was compiled by ways of Secondary Development of Creo using Pro/Toolkit with the data of points cloud's processing data.The card realized introduction of parameters' list and automatic modeling.Finally,the scheme was confirmed by using linkage under static load as example.
