Ultra-low interfacial tension surfactants have achieved some progress inlaboratory study.However,due to the high cost of synthesis and application,applications of them into ptractice are not very common.In addition,to reducte the cost,deep study on synthesis and complexing of ultra-low interfacial tension surfactant should be carried out to reduce costs.Research and application of them into processing oil wells is still very little.So,laboratory study experience and practical application of them must be accumulated experience.At present,there are many studies and applications of surfactants at low interfacial tension.Among them,the most widely used non-ionic surfactants.However,the most widely used surfactants for the study of low interfacial tension are in the field of flooding,but the study applied to clean fracturing fluids is almost none.J210,is an alkanol surfactant,has a strong ability to reduce the surface tension of the table,in a series of experiments,have a very good performance,the synthesis of products to meet customer needs,that is,the finished product dissolved into 0.45 % Of the aqueous solution,add two thousandths of the breaker,placed in 90? water bath for 4 hours,let it thoroughly broken,after cooling to detect the surface tension,to surface tension less than 35 mN/m,interfacial tension Less than 2 mN/m requirements;and did not change the original properties of the product,the use of the process even before the improvement of good cross-linking performance,excellent performance of sand,which is more conducive to the construction.The HR fracturing fluid was prepared with J210 surfactant.HR fracturing fluid shows a high ability to enhance the viscosity,the solution has an excellent antibacterial stability,basically not affected by bacteria.At 50°C,70° C,90°C and 120°C,a constant shear test of HR fracturing fluid under constant temperature conditions was carried out.The results show that the viscosity of the solution can be kept within the standard range.Viscoelastic results show that the experimental process viscous is clearly less than the elasticity,that HR fracturing fluid is elastic fluid,can guarantee its excellent sand performance.The performance of the sandblasting performance of the low molecular weight thickener fracturing fluid is good.Residue studies have shown that the residue of the melan gum fracturing fluid is up to 300 ppm while the HR fracturing fluid has no residue.Damage experiments show that HR fracturing fluid can significantly reduce the damage of other types such as water fracturing fluid,the impact of supporting the filling layer is smaller and smaller,and guanidine type fracturing fluid filtrate,HR fracturing fluid Core damage is much less than guanidine gel fracturing fluid.The above results show that HR fracturing fluid is superior to the performance of traditional guanidine fracturing fluid.Therefore,the development of this paper will provide theoretical basis for the research and application of ultra low interfacial surfactant in the treatment and application of oil and water wells,and lay a solid foundation for the practical application of these surfactants in the future.
