With the widely application of initiating explosive device,the quality and reliability of initiating explosive device receive more and more attention,the quality of explosive production will not only affect its blast performance and output performance,but also affect the security during the use of initiating explosive device,thus,ensuring the quality and improving its reliability of initiating explosive device is particularly important.The detonating cord involved in this article is a kind of initiating explosive device.In the traditional production of detonating cord,the explosive charge often appears deviation more or less,it can affect the performance of the product,sometimes,it even will cause certain safety accidents.This phenomenon mainly caused by two reasons: on the one hand,during the detonating cord charging process,it used vibration feeding by vibrating feeder,it is nonlinear;On the other hand,in the process of vibration feeding,due to the change of pharmaceutical granule properties and inhomogeneity,the particles liquidity is in dynamic change,which makes the system is time-varying and uncertainty.These two reasons make the detonating cord vibration feed rate is difficult to achieve stable control effect.So this article designed the detonating cord cutting vibration control system based on model reference adaptive algorithm to realize stable feeding capacity.This paper mainly studies the control of stable feeding capacity in the detonating cord vibration feeding system,the vibration feeder is powered by thyristor rectifier,according to the requirements of the control system,this paper designs the framework of control system and uses mechanism analysis and system identification modeling method to determine the mathematical model of the system;Moreover,considering some parameters in the control model is changing affected by the nature of the material,for this kind of system which its features are frequently changing and cannot be determined in advance,it is difficult to deal with by conventional control which identifies the controller's parameters in advance,so this paper designs the detonating cord vibration feeding control system based on model reference adaptive algorithm,When the properties of material are unknown or in dynamic change,the adaptive algorithm can make the system adapt to this change and adjust the parameters of the controller adaptively to achieve satisfactory control effect;.By comparing the simulation of model reference adaptive with the PID controller,it is verified that the model reference adaptive have an excellent control effect.Finally,using PLC as the core controller,this paper designs the software and hardware of the control system to realize the logic control of vibration feeding equipment and uses device net field bus technology to realize centralized control,at the same time,using the method of touch screen to achieve human-computer interaction function of the system,so it can realize the function of parameters setting,data read,condition monitoring and other related operations.Finally,this paper takes the project named “Automatic charge device of fireworks” as a platform,which is developed by ChongQing university and an enterprise,and this paper analyses the effect of the actual production,the experimental results verifies that the detonating cord feeding vibration control system designed in this paper can realize stable control and reach the requirements of the control system,it is a practical method,and the method has the advantages of good versatility and good scalability.
