Along with the increasingly higher requirements for living conditions,people start to find more fancy decoration and building materials,in pursuit of magnificent appearance as well as multifunctional living conditions.However,it is those novelties that bring about a series of air pollutants which exceed concentration,such as formaldehyde,benzene and benzene series,polluting the indoor air.Biological carbon materials have features of reasonable price,simple procedure,accessible raw materials,abundant porosity and high surface area,which makes it the most widely used adsorbent materials.Therefore,this paper chooses corncob from agricultural waste material as raw material,get biological carbon materials after charring,modification and preparation,and then study its absorption capacity on absorbing pollutant gas,for example,formaldehyde.This subject takes corncob as raw materials,and gets carbonized corncob afterdifferent carbonization and modification.At the same time,the effect of carbonization temperature,carbonization time and soaking time of saturated Sodium Bisulfite on the preparation of carbonized corncob and its effect on the adsorption of formaldehyde were studied.And then it was applied to the adsorption of formaldehyde in indoor air as mask and carbon package.1)Design a device for testing the absorption rate of formaldehyde and find out the best carbonization temperature is 600℃,and the carbonization time is 1.5h.With the best carbonization temperature and carbonization time,we get the carbonized corncob material,and the adsorption effect of this carbonized corncob,aterial is the best,and the adsorption rate is 53.34%.2)The optimal modification conditions of carbonized corncob is:After shredding the corncob,wash the surface of the soluble and impurities in the oven at 70 degrees to dry the surface moisture,Crushed to 30 mesh.Use 3mol/L Zinc Chloride expansionafter 24 hours drying,and then put it into the muffle furnace carbonization,temperature is 600℃,and time is 1.5h.The carbonized corncob is soaked in saturated sodiumcarbonate solution for 1 hours and then soaked in a saturated solution of Sodium Bisulfite for about 1.5 hours.At low temperature(75℃)for drying for 3 hours,the carbonized corncob adsorption material was prepared,and the adsorption rate of formaldehyde is up to 88.45%.3)The adsorption rate of formaldehyde of the carbonized corncob material iscompared with molecular sieve,granular activated carbon,powdered activated carbon and grapefruit peel.The order of adsorption effect is as follows:carbonized corncob adsorption material,granular activated carbon,pomelo peel,powdered activated carbon,molecular sieve.4)The formaldehyde of two kinds of activated carbon masks the sale of materials and application in carbonized corncob mask film from activated carbon membraneabsorption effect,9913V masks produced by 3M has the best adsorption effect,reached63.06%,and when the quality of carbonized corncobs material film the prepared0.4519g,formaldehyde adsorption rate is 41.67%that quality is 0.8758g,the formaldehyde adsorption rate is 51.11%.5)The formaldehyde used in carbonized corncob charcoal package absorption,when the carbon bag weighs 1.2g carbonized corncob,the test room formaldehydeadsorption rate reached the maximum,the adsorption rate is 54.17%,compared with the prior adsorption of activated carbon packing materials under the same conditions of the high rate is 17.92%.
