| Fused deposition modeling technology is a kind of three-dimensional printing technology with many features including low equipment cost,small volumn,fast forming speed,etc.However,the development of FDM is limited by the defects of relatively low intensity in FDM parts,and one of the keys is to enhance the tensile properties of its products.This paper highlights the tensile properties of FDM parts.The purpose of this paper is to improve the tensile properties of FDM parts.Tensile strength are selected to be the evaluation objectives.The factors influence the tensile strength such as the content of PC.the addition of compatibilizing agent E-MA-GMA,process parameters including the layer height,the temperature of extrusion head,printing speed,the diameter of extrusion head during the processing,the stated filament diameter during processing are investigated primarily in the paper.This paper analyzes the basic mechanism of the bonding quality from the perspective of tightness.This study firstly proposes the essence of PC and E-MA-GMA affecting the tensile strength of FDM products of ABS/PC alloy is that different content of PC and E-MA-GMA in ABS/PC alloy causes differences in microstructure.Then this paper proposes a method of reducing the stated filament diameter to improve the tightness to improve the tensile strength of longitudinal samples,and the method is confirmed by the experiment.Accordingly,the quantitative model of the tensile strength and tightness is established,and the model shows that the relationship between tensile strength and tightness is linear positive correlation.Therefore,an effective way to improve the tensile strength of the FDM part is to improve the tightness during processing in the scope of model application.On this basis,the effect of process parameters on the tensile strength of FDM longitudinal parts was analyzed by univariate test and orthogonal synthesis test,and the optimum process parameters was found..At the same time,it can be concluded that the two groups can make the stress-strain curve similar to the injection molding process parameters.Besides,the linear fitting equation of ABS/PC alloy with different ratios was established.The work presented in this paper provide effective methods and lay a firm theoretical foundation of improving the tensile strength of FDM part made by ABS/PC alloy and providing thepossibility to promote the development of FDM technology. |
