China is the mainly agricultural products production and consumption country all over the world.The safety of the agricultural products directly related to food quality problems and people's life.In recent years,the detection method to agricultural residues is varied and the chromatographic detection is the mainly method,but it takes a long timetodetect large quantities of sample.Under normal conditions,when Luminescent bacteriacontactto toxic substanceor something can influence microbial normal biological state of matter,the luminous value of bacteriawill be affectedin a linear relationship within a certain concentration.In this study,two kinds of Luminescent bacteriawereused detectded many possiblely pollutants in agricultural products.Another,it also optimize the experiment method.The main conclusions are as follows(1)The basic physical characteristics of two kinds of Luminescent bacteria was tested.After 12 h,P.phosphoreum sp.502 achieved the end of logarithmic phase.As to V.qinghaiensis-Q67,it needs 15 h achieved the end of logarithmic phase.(2)In order to produce the bacteria lyophilized powder with high luminous value,we chosed bacteria fermentation in the end of logarithmic growth in 20 ?as the material for Luminescent bacteria lyophilized powder.Through the response surface optimization,the experiment determine the producing appropriate protective composition was 11.79% skimmed milk,11.79% sucrose and 1.75% sodium glutamate.(3)The concentration-response curves of five kinds of heavy metals were measured.By linear area fitting,EC50 calculation,the experiment analyzed the toxicity of the five heavy metals.Variety of different types of antibiotics were dectected,and we found that only chlortetracycline hydrochloride,tetracycline,oxytetracycline hydrochloride meet the requirements of rapid detection.Through the screening experiment of 16 kinds of pesticide,the result of antimicrobial pesticide was more obvious than that of others.In a short period,some pesticides show the better bacteria inhibition,such as bromine nitrile,frost armor manganese zinc,two cyanide anthraquinone,Isolated Fluoride Amines and Oxyquipidate.(4)Under the stess of DMSO,TheLuminescent bacteriaV.qinghaiensis Q67 was selected as test bacterium to detected the toxicity of several kinds of toxic substances in food.Results showed that when the concentration of DMSO ranges from 0.1% to 1.0%,DMSO significantly improved the toxicity of V.qinghaiensis Q67 to toxic substance.The EC50 of copper,mercury,cadmium and zinc were enhanced from 43.28% to 58.50%.The efficiencies of DMSO to Tetracyclines antibiotic including chlortetracycline,tetracycline and oxytetracycline were enhanced from 8% to 11.6%.The toxicity of four antimicrobial pesticides including Two-anthraquinone,Bromothalonil,metalaxyl,and Iprodine like amine fluoride were promoted from 10.49% to 38.32%.
