Drying refers to the water in the material after the heat in the form of water vapor spill,and then by the dry air carried by leaving the material system,which played a role in reducing the water content of the material system.The heat transfer process when the material is heated and the mass transfer process when the steam leaves the material system constitutes two basic thermodynamic processes during the drying process.By studying the basic laws and dynamic characteristics of the heat transfer process and mass transfer process during drying,the mechanism of the heat transfer process and the mass transfer process in the drying process is revealed,that is,the thermodynamic mechanism involved in the process of heat and moisture The basic research content of this paper.Firstly,based on the law of conservation of heat and the law of conservation of mass,the transfer law of heat and moisture in the drying process is analyzed.Based on this,the efficiency of different types of drying equipment is analyzed and compared.When the analysis of the drying process is carried out based on the conservation law,the selection method of the study object should be different according to the analysis focus.In order to facilitate the real-time observation of the drying process,the dry system is designed to control the quality of the drying system as the object of study.The drying system is designed for the purpose of drying the drying system.,And can be based on variable changes in time to adjust the dry process conditions.Secondly,the heat transfer process of the drying process was analyzed dynamically.The kinetic characteristics of heat transfer and moisture transfer in different drying stages were revealed by studying the wet ingredients of dry materials.The results show that the change of temperature with entropy can reflect the thermodynamic characteristics of heat transfer and humidification process when the material is dry,because the nature of drying is wetting phase change evaporation.Finally,by studying the thermal and wet crossing of the material drying system,two kinds of thermodynamic mechanisms are introduced in the drying of the material.When the heat transfer process and the heat transfer process are spontaneous process,the hot and humid cross meets the field synergistic mechanism.At this time,the heat transfer process and the heat transfer process are enhanced,that is,the enhancement of the heat transfer process can lead to the enhancement of the heat transfer process.When the heat transfer process is a spontaneous process and the heat transfer processis a non-spontaneous process,the heat and moisture cross meets the thermodynamic coupling mechanism.The heat transfer process can weaken the heat transfer process,that is,the enhancement of the heat transfer process is premise.According to these two thermodynamic mechanisms,the best heat transfer effect can be achieved by controlling the heat transfer process in different drying stages.
