With the rapid development of social industrialization and increasing improvement of people's living standards,the consumption of oil and other natural resources has been gradually growing.The contradiction between the growing oil demand and the increasingly deducted amount of oil forces people to turn to the ocean.Offshore oil with abundant reserves and good location,most of them in the continental shelf,is promising in development.The offshore platform is used to exploit offshore oil and gas.Compared to terrestrial facilities,offshore platform is characterized by poor natural environment,small space,large investment and high technical requirements.The occurrence of the leakage of its pressure vessel,platform collapse,fire and explosion and other accidents will result in huge property loss and casualties.And therefore offshore platform with the high risk and high hazard needs more safety measures to taken.With focus on the poor natural environment of the offshore platform,it is significant in engineering to select the current control ice load in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea waters to carry out dynamic response and safety analysis of offshore platform under ice induced vibration.From the perspective of mechanical properties of sea ice,its destruction type and the theory of ice induced vibration,the paper is to make a brief analysis of the mechanical properties of sea ice.Aimed at destruction type of sea ice,the author is to reach the calculation formula of the ice force in the state of extrusion,bending and flexion.The paper is compared to the three kinds of ice induced vibration theory to lay a theoretical foundation for analyzing the dynamic response of the offshore platform.The paper is to establish the ice force function model through summary of the full empirical formula of the static ice force and its semi-empirical semi-theoretical formula.The paper provides a calculation method for the environmental load of the offshore platform according to ice force shielding effect and platform damping measured by environmental parameters of the offshore platform.The paper obtains vibration modes and the dynamic response parameters under extreme ice conditions of the offshore platform through using ANSYS software to establish the offshore platform model and stimulating dynamic response parameters of the offshore platform under the ice induced vibration.The author is to find load parameters of the offshore platform in different ice speed and thickness and analyze their impact on dynamic response.The results of the simulation provide data for the analysis of safety of the ocean platform.With the analysis of safety of the ocean platform according simulation data,the paper is to establish its reliability model,calculate the fatigue life of the offshore platform under ice vibration,use DOW chemical fires and explosion hazard index to evaluate its danger and hazard and modify the safety compensation coefficient of the offshore platform under extreme ice conditions.
