The production process of wet granulation tablet mainly includes wet granulation,drying,tablet compressing,coating four phases,its each production all linking with one another,the good or bad of previous process restricts the production of next process and finally affects the quality of tablet production.With the emerging one after another of new technology and GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice)specification in wet granulation tablet manufacturing management,the traditional control requirement,methods and the management mode of the tablet cannot meet the demands of development of the production of wet granulation tablet.Therefore the research and design of comprehensive control system of the production is needed to meet the demands of modernization production.The wet granulation tablet manufacturing line of certain company producing pharmaceutical equipment in Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province is taken as research object,on the basis of understanding the technique of tablet manufacturing,method,production requirement in depth,direct at the series of problems existing in production line systematically study the particle size optimization,the control of the temperature inside of the boiling drier fluidization in wet granulation stage and wet granulation tablet manufacturing line informationization,networking,integrated technology design.The groundwork of paper is as follows:1)In order to improve the quality of medicinal tablet gained by wet granulation,it is necessary to strictly control the particle mean size of wet granulator outlet.Rational BP neutral net is built according to wet granulator input/output relation in the paper,for matching the nonlinear function of particle mean size and rotating speed of agitator,cutter knife rotating speed,stirring time,clipping time.In addition,for avoiding the shortcoming that it is easy to absorb in local extreme point and can not get globally optimal solution caused by BP neutral net due to the randomly selection of initial weight value,threshold value,optimize the built BP neutral net utilizing genetic algorithm,thus realize the nonlinear fitting to average particle diameters and its influence factors,realize the good control to particle diameter,improve the quality of tablet manufacturing.2)Aiming at the temperature control precision problem in fluidized bin of boiling drier,this paper takes the steam heat-exchanger of boiling drier fluidization as research object,conducts mechanism analysis on the process and heat transfer process of thisphase and establishes its simplified model.According to the nonlinear,time-delay and time-varying characteristics of temperature control in the boiling drier,this thesis designs adaptive fuzzy PID and conducts Matlab/Simulink system simulation.The final result shows that under the control of adaptive fuzzy PID,it has fast response speed,no steady-state error and relatively less overshoot.3)Researching and designing the comprehensive automation control system of tablet manufacturing process,realize the centralized monitoring and the decentralized control to each workshop section of wet granulation tablet manufacturing.Both solve the special controlling requirement to single device in wet granulation tablet manufacturing process,and realize the distributed control and the remote monitoring function to the system,improve the automaticity of production process.Realizing the networking,distributed and intelligent control of the production process of wet granulation tablet.
