| In this paper,TiO2 films with nano-scale hydrophobic structure were prepared on the polyimide and glass substrates by SILAR method.The change of the wettability of the substrate surface during the coating process was studied.The surface morphology and surface chemistry explore the reason.At the same time,the Sol-Gel method was used to prepare TiO2 thin films with hydrophobic structure on the surface of glass slides,quartz glass and pure aluminum.The changes of the wettability of the substrate during the sol-gel coating were studied.Appearance and surface chemistry,and successfully prepared superhydrophobic TiO2 thin films on pure aluminum surface.Finally,five important influence parameters of pure aluminum as base sol-gel coating were studied,and the mechanism of wettability of TiO2 hydrophobic film was revealed.The results show that the TiO2 films prepared by SILAR method have nano-scale hydrophobic structure and make the surface of the substrate change from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.The TiO2 films prepared by Sol-Gel method show smooth surface on the surface of glass slides and quartz glass,but the TiO2 after heat treatment is converted into anatase,the film is cracked and broken,and the surface is transformed into a hydrophilic surface The The sol-gel method has a complex surface topology on pure aluminum substrate,which exhibits good hydrophobicity.In addition,by comparing the wettability and surface chemical properties of TiO2 film before and after modification of low surface energy,it was found that the modification of heptafluorodecyltrimethylsiloxane could greatly improve the hydrophobicity of the surface of TiO2 film,Substrate surface to achieve super-hydrophobic.By comparing the wettability of TiO2 films prepared by different substrate surface states,different colloid concentration,different heat treatment temperature,different modifier concentration and different surface modification time,it was found that the hydrophobicity of TiO2 film increased with the increase of substrate roughness And increased with the increase of colloidal concentration,and then increased with the increase of heat treatment temperature.The increase of the concentration of themodified substance increased first and then increased with the limit value.With the extension of the surface modification time,the same show the first increase after the same trend,there is the maximum. |
