The western modern music and the new performance forms have flowed into China.The new experiences are brought by the novel music melody and timbre.The collisions of tradition and modernity make people feel the fresh art feeling and bring heavy impact on Chinese folk music and traditional performance forms.On the one hand,as the soniferous principles of electron acoustic instruments are changed,the physical properties of the original playing style are changed.On the other hand,the differences and diversity of the music content and melody are refreshing.The changes of auditory inevitably need the changes of the vision.At the same time,different modeling forms are needed to meet new performance way.Therefore,the national musical instruments are facing the reform of the electron acoustic instruments to meet the public demand for music.The study of instrumental music is involved in an interdisciplinary research field.The electro-acoustic developments of the foreign traditional musical instruments,both in theoretical research and in the design practice,are relatively mature.While,very few domestic scholars make researches in this field.Most of the literatures have been focused on the soniferous principles but little on the modeling.The study on the modeling of the national electron acoustic instruments is one part of the development trend of electron acoustic instruments.In this paper,the modeling design on the electro-acoustic of Chinese traditional musical instruments is researched to explore new modeling forms.The fashion elements and the rich times flavor are given to Chinese national musical instruments based on historic culture.The weakness of the modeling study on electro-acoustic of Chinese traditional musical instruments is made up.The modeling study is not only the research purpose of this thesis but also the research center and focus.There are various kinds of Chinese national musical instruments.The thesis focuses on the traditional stringed and woodwind instruments.As the main research object,the origin and development of the traditional stringed and woodwind instruments,the evolution analysis,the soniferous principles,the performance forms,the manufacturing technology,the shape,the characteristics,the structure,the materials,the ergonomic are studied.What's more,their features,the culture,the performances,audience are also considered.How to make Chinese national musical instruments adapted to the development of modern music diversity is also researched.On the research method,the related knowledge are read,collected,concluded and studied by using the literature research method.The development history and change law of the electron acoustic instruments both at home and abroad are studied.Based on the case comparative method,the related mature cases about the national electron acoustic musical instruments both at home and abroad are analyzed from different levels.Design rules and technical applications can be obtained for subsequent design.The material analysis method is adopted to analyze the properties of the different materials.The rules involved in the impact of different materials on the modeling shape are researched.From the vision and hearing sense as the starting point,the practical action method and the case study method are used to discuss the relationship between the modeling of the musical instruments and the stage performances,connected with the theory of human perception and cognition in psychology.Several typical musical instruments are selected to test as case study in order to guide the practice with the theory and validate the theory by the experiments.The development of foreign electron acoustic instruments has also evolved from the traditional folk instruments.Based on these theories and methods,we select the Erhu and Pipa in "silk" and Flute in "bamboo",and carry out the relevant research and establish the theoretical model to prove the feasibility of the electro-acoustic in the theoretical study.In practice,Pipa,Matouqin,Ruan,etc.are selected.Through recombination of its traditional styling features abstracting,the way of pronunciation and pickup are also identified.After that,the electro-acoustic of traditional instruments are realized.The components of instrumental system are more reasonable,not only reflects the identification of traditional instruments,but also the new features of electron acoustic instruments.In the course of the study,it's difficult to make a breakthrough in the shape of instruments,due to the restrictions of characteristics of national musical instrument prototype and the specific requirements of the instrument sound,especially for tube instruments,unlike the string of musical instruments as a result of the traditional way out of the box resonance sound.In addition,the requirements of skilled man collaborations in the processing processes,limitations of knowledge in the field of music technology,and the limited nature of the entire study constrain the comprehensiveness,completeness and depth of this study.Therefore,the practical attempts are actually confined to Pipa,Matouqin,Ruan.Nevertheless,the national electron acoustic instruments are studied and designed to narrow the gap between China and Western developed countries in the field of electron acoustic instrument design modeling.It is helpful to improve the innovation ability of Chinese musical instrument industry to create their own products.It is useful to accelerate the promotion of traditional Chinese culture and the reform and improvement of national electron acoustic instruments.
