| At present, the contamination status of endocrine disrupting chemicals has attracted worldwide attention. The present study determined 4-NP,4-t-OP and BPA in water body(overlying water, sediment)and biota(fish, shrimp and mollusk)collected along the Pearl River Estuary(Humen outlet,Jiaomen outlet,Modaomen outlet and Yamen outlet).Meanwhile, the migration of 4-NP and BPA between overlying water, sediment and organisms were calculated.Besides, the potential risk posed by phenolic endocrine disrupting chemicals were assessed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The concentrations of 4-NP,4-t-OP and BPA in overlying water were 233.04-3352.86 ng/L,1.20-3.99 ng/L and 12.41-62.78 ng/L,respectively;in sediment were 7.55-20.80 ng/g dw,<0.17 ng/g dw and 2.31-13.16 ng/g dw,respectively;in biota were 17.48-237.12 ng/g dw,<0.11-0.61 ng/g dw and 0.19-4.36 ng/g dw.The contamination of NP in overlying water, sediment and aquatic organisms were obvious.(2)The distribution coefficient of 4-NP and BPA between overlying water and sediment were 41-1032.11 L/kg and 6.2-32.42 L/kg,respectively;the bioconcentration factors(BCF)of 4-NP and BAP from overlying water to organisms were 10.88-338.31 L/kg and 13.10-147.71 L/kg,respectively;the biota-sediment accumulation factors(BSAF)of 4-NP and BPA were 1.63-30.19 and 0.02-1.88,respectively.The markedly migration of NP between water body and aquatic organisms were observed.(3)The total risk quotient(RQ)of 4-NP,4-t-OP and BPA in overlying water were 2.19-30.55,reaching a higher level;in sediment were 0.7-1.78,in which the vaule of RQ in Humen outlet and Jiaomen outlet were both exceed 1.The total hazard quotient(HQ)of the compound pollution of 4-NP,4-t-OP and BPA were all below 1,indicating no serious harm to the health of human aquatic food. |
