Research And Development Of Inventory Purchasing System Based On BP And GA Algorithm

The steel structure building has many advantages compared with traditional concrete,its application has become more and more widely,and the raw material inventory for the steel structure enterprise is a key part of the supply chain,which guaranteeing the production of enterprise and avioding the voiatility from outside,if it will seriously affect the enterprises benefits.The scientific control of the inventory purchase,therefore,becomes an urgent problem to the steel structure enterprise.In this paper,the inventory of a enterprise procurement problem from Hebei is studied.Factors affecting raw material safety stock is various,and relation between factors is complex and the prediction is difficult.This paper analyzed the characteristics of raw material inventory,selected the BP neural network to ptedict the enterprise safety stock.Considering the BP neural network is easily to fall into the problems such as local optimal solution,slow convergence speed,and so on.This paper selected the genetic algorithm to optimize neural network model,and achieved good prediction effect,and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.This paper gived the low degree of the Hebei steel structure enterprise informatization,and the information circulation is slow,inventory control strategy is difficult to implement.On the basis of investigating and analyzing enterprise actual inventory operation,this paper designed and implemented enterprise's inventory purchasing management system.The main work were the design of procurement process,relational database,function module design;Using B/S mode as the system software architecture;With Struts2,Hibernate,Spring,JSP and other related technology based application framework design to build the system,and have implemented related design of the system.With the help of enterprise internal LAN system were set up;Through the core functions of page to show the system practical application.After a period of trial operation,shows that the system is running in good condition,effectively improve the efficiency of the enterprise inventory management,proving the necessity of enterprise informatization.
