In recent years,due to the single adsorption materials have some shortcomings,such as not widespread source,poor mechanical properties,low adsorption efficiency,poor regeneration performance,so they have been unable to meet the pursuit of excellent adsorbent.Therefore,exploring new composite adsorbent is extremely urgent.Organic/inorganic materials,both have the excellent properties of the organic material and inorganic material.Organic/inorganic composites have been widely concerned due to they can also well overcome many disadvantages of themselves.Chitosan,the most typical representative of natural organic materials,has been widely studied,on account of its abundant sources,easy availablity and low price,less pollution to the environment.Combinating chitosan with clay mineral to prepare composite materials by chemical method brings new methods and ideas for solving this problem.These composites have some advantages,such as good mechanical properties,easy processing,excellent biocompatibility.Therefore,the chitosan/inorganic composite material have good development prospects as a new adsorbent.In this paper,a series of chitosan-based composite materials,with high adsorption rate and good comprehensive properties,was prepared by convenient and rapid synthesis method.Selecting the ATP as the carrier and using ion condensation method,through the optimization of experimental process conditions,could get a series of good comprehensive performance Fe3O4/CS/ATP magnetic composites.The influence factors on the adsorption performance of the composites were investigated,such as the dosage of the composites,reaction time,the pH of the solution.The results showed that: adsorbent is 0.02 g,pH=2,methylene blue?MB?concentration is 50 mg/L,adsorption time is 45 min,adsorption capacity of methylene blue?MB?is up to 66.32 mg/g.The adsorption thermodynamics of methylene blue?MB?on Fe3O4/CS/ATP magnetic composites in line with the Langmuir isotherm model,the adsorption kinetics conformed to the pseudo second order kinetics model and thermodynamic parameters for calculation,the adsorption process was a spontaneous endothermic process could be determined.Here,we also used ion coagulation method,selectd HNTs as the carrier,through the optimization of experimental process conditions,could get a series of Fe3O4/CS/HNTs magnetic composites,which had ternary embedding structure.The influence factors on the adsorption performance of the composites were investigated,such as the dosage of the composites,reaction time,the pH of the solution.The results show that: the adsorbent is 0.10 g,pH=8,methylene blue?MB?concentration is 50 mg/L,adsorption time is 60 min,adsorption capacity of methylene blue?MB?can reach 48.74 mg/g.The adsorption thermodynamics of methylene blue?MB?on Fe3O4/CS/HNTs magnetic composites in line with the Langmuir isotherm model,the adsorption kinetics conformed to the pseudo second order kinetics model and thermodynamic parameters for calculation,the adsorption process was a spontaneous endothermic process could be determined.With CS and HNTs as raw material,glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,CS/HNTs composite aerogel was synthesis by chemical cross-linking method,which was dried in the vacuum freeze drying oven.The influence factors on the adsorption performance of the composites were investigated,such as the dosage of the composites,reaction time,the pH of the solution.The results show that: the adsorbent is 0.15 g,pH=2,the concentration of Cr?VI?is 50 mg/L,adsorption time is 3h,adsorption capacity of Cr?VI?can reach 44.82 mg/g.The adsorption thermodynamics of Cr?VI?on CS/HNTs composite aerogel in line with the Langmuir isotherm model,the adsorption kinetics conformed to the pseudo second order kinetics model and thermodynamic parameters for calculation,the adsorption process was a spontaneous endothermic process could be determined.
