This thesis introduces the thermal sealing property and application field of terpolymer products,as well as the production plan and control points in the process of terpolymer production.Take example in the Spheripol process of terpolymer products.For two-way stretch of commercialization of 5 kinds of polypropylene film ternary heat sealing materials(FS5612 FS5611 L F5006,SFI-740-t,EPB08F),by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),its own nuclear consecutive annealing(SSA)hot sizing to explore their molecular chain structure.Under different temperature by xylene soluble content determination method of separating the raw material for 4-5 points,by using DSC,the Fourier j.r.cole infrared spectrum(FT IR)on the molecular chain structure carried on the thorough analysis,research shows that five kinds of materials are composed of crystallization ability of different components,in order to meet the polypropylene terpolymer has low sealing temperature of at the same time with the requirement of high melting point.By ethylene,butene,insert propylene copolymer molecular chain,the crystallinity of the raw material is reduced,thus lower melting point.The uneven distribution of polymerization monomer in the main chain makes the material has a larger wafer thickness distribution and guarantee its wide melting process.The structure and properties of the products are tested and analyzed in detailed.In the end the key points and its control method for terpolymer products was summarized: Melting temperature determines the thermal sealing property of terpolymer products.In ternary copolymerization polypropylene products,to make our products with excellent heat sealing performance,the product should be controlled again?130?,melting point of the initial melting temperature control in 115 ~ 120 ?.Effect of heat sealing strength is: the total of polypropylene resin melting range is wider,the lower the heat sealing temperature of the resin,the higher the heat sealing strength.
