In this experiment,fresh leaves were used as materials,which were from“Shijia” and “Dawuyuan” this two kind of longan.The fresh longan leaves were put into natural fermentation after picking about one year,then be added artificial microorganism.In the fermentation process,the water content,the ratio of microorganism,and the leaf size were control,to research the effect of different fermentation conditions on the major biochemical longan leaf quality.Through this way,the main biochemistry of the leaves was known.The main findings were as follows:1.In the experiment,the microbial fermentation on longan leaves was refered the processing technology of dark tea.The biochemical changes were detected during the fermentation.The content of water extract was decreased from 18.83% to 12%.The tea polyphenol was decreased from 9.13% to 3.85%.The flavonoid was decreased from 10.28%to 7.51%.The amino acids was inconspicuous.Moisture content was creased from 5.7% to6.3% at first,but decreased to 5.2% at last.Longan leaves were beneficial changed by microbial fermentation.2.The oxalate renal stones model in rats was founded by ethylene glycol,to find out the related between urinary calcium oxalate stone and the longan leaf.The rats' drinking in 24 h,24h urine,oxalic acid and content in both urine and serum,SUA,BUN,SCr content,calcium content in the kidneys and kidney organs were obviously increased.Visible model group rat kidney swollen to varying degrees,lighter color or white.Rat renal tubular atrophy model group,light microscopy,bureaucratic dilated,epithelial edema,irregularly shaped lumen,cavity can be seen a large number of calcium oxalate crystals and epithelial cell necrosis.The results show the efficacy of the drug in each dose group to improve function,urine biochemistry,urine,kidney stones renal pathological changes of serum rat model to varying degrees.The rats' kidney tubular was atrophied can be seen under the light microscopy.The efficacy results show that,serum rat model of renal stones,urine biochemistry,urine,kidney pathological changes have been improved by each drugs dose group.
