The optimization of offshore oil production is different from that of land condition.Because of the limited space,wellheads are set close resulting in impact on back pressure of each other.Optimization strategy of a single well can not satisfied the production need.Offshore oil and gas production simulation apparatus was established.No-model gradient intelligent optimization of offshore oil and gas production was achieved based on optimization experiment of platform production efficiency and production which were conducted with the machine,including single well no-model gradient optimization,multiple wells no-model gradient optimization,injection well no-model optimization,integral no-model optimization and convergent result was obtained.Qualified BP simulation model of the experiment device was trained based on the data of the experiment.Production and system efficiency were chosen to be the optimization targets and multi-objective optimization mathematical model was developed using NSGA? algorithm.Combined with BP simulation model and NSGA? algorithm,multi-objective optimization,which ensured highest system efficiency,maximum oil production and minimum injection energy consumption,were conducted and reliable data were obtained.The effectiveness and preciseness of multi-objective optimization was validated by the experiment.Result of no-model gradient optimization and multi-objective optimization were valued in combination.
