As domestic oilfield drilling for oil has entered high water cut period in recent years and oil field sewage quantity increasing,the oil refining sewage containing oil and organic solvent increased,industrial processing oily sewage task was more difficult.Air flotation as a kind of effective way of clean water is widely used in oily wastewater treatment.But at present most of the air floating device processing effect is influenced by the environment,damage to the operating site process to produce harmful gases,using the air gas source gas consumption.Based on the above research background,through the research on the performance of air flotation separation process and the structure,this article was aimed at the shortcomings of the traditional air floating device presents a closed circulating air floatation method and device.Firstly,designing and optimizing the air flotation test apparatus in closed circulating system.Secondly,by changing the operating parameters and process parameters of air flotation device,this article studied the influences of various factors on water separating performance.Based on air flotation experiment in measuring data under different working conditions,and combined with mechanical analysis,determining the efficient water purification of air flotation device working conditions and scope of application.Experimental results show that under the conditions that dissolved gas cylinders pressure 0.36~0.42 MPa,the water flow is 70~220L/h,intake air flow is 0.24L/min,demulsifier dosage range of 10~15mg/L,coagulant dosage is 45mg/L,the flotation meaned higher degreasing efficiency.At the same time,air treatment efficiency of oily wastewater and wastewater containing the type of oil concerned.At last,through orthogonal experiment,it showed that among the various kinds of factors,which affected the nature of sewage,oil removal efficiency of air flotation effect was: the initial oil concentration,coagulant concentration,demulsifier concentration,pH value.Under the experimental condition,the treatment effect of new closed circulating air floating devices was better than the traditional air flotation devices.It reduced the gas consumption.The study design and field application of closed loop flotation devices have some guidance and reference.
