| With the continuous development of oil drilling technology,as the drilling depth continues to increase,the low drilling speed and efficiency has become one of the factors restricting the development of drilling technology,ultra-high pressure water jet drilling technology can significantly increase the speed of drilling.People has developed a variety of down-hole superchargers by different principles in the domestic,but these superchargers have some deficiencies,such as they often have complex structures,so they are hard to process and have short service life.In order to improve the drilling speed,designed a new screw reversing down-hole supercharger.The screw reversing type down-hole supercharger use a screw drilling motor to drive the rotary valve open and closed,the rotary valve fit with the spring can make the plunger moving straightly up and down to get high pressure jet liquid.This paper firstly designed the overall scheme of screw reversing down-hole supercharge,and established a 3D model of the turbocharger,and determined the specifications of the screw drilling motor according to usage,designed the structure of the upper valve plate and the assembling moving unit,and finished the strength check of important parts;then finished the structure design and strength check of important parts on the pressure mechanism,calculated the leakage of the plunger and the check valve,determined nozzle diameter according to pressure and flow;Finally,finished the simulation of a hydraulic system model which is established according to the design data.After the detailed design and simulation of the screw reversing type supercharger,the feasibility of the program is verified.The screw reversing type supercharger design is completed,it will certainly play a very important guiding significance for the study of improving drilling speed in the future. |
