Energy consumption of the century ushered in a "natural gas century" and how efficient and rational use of natural gas has become an urgent problem for countries,many countries will choose liquefied natural gas as the preferred fuel,liquefied natural gas system carry out comprehensive utilization of energy is important.Firstly,the aticle makes a brief introduction on the development of raw material gas preparation and gas liquefaction technology,the natural gas liquefaction process equipment and technology made on the basis of research,describes the current conventional LNG process simultaneously compare their advantages and disadvantages and for occasions.This paper focuses on the propane pre-cooled mixed refrigerant liquefaction process,through the use of software to simulate hysys its thermodynamic process,determine the liquefaction process thermodynamic parameters of each node,and to analyze the impact of the process node parameters on energy consumption,use Settings step method for making the process equipment in meeting the energy balance conditions make heat exchangers lowest minimum temperature difference liquefaction process optimization,the liquefaction process systems in order to achieve a minimum ratio of minimum energy consumption.Finally,small-scale LNG for efficient design of analysis,the introduction of lithium bromide refrigeration unit,the use of gas-driven compressor liquefaction process,the gas drive to generate up to 700 ? flue gas energy conversion refrigeration and heating,cooling and heating can simultaneously achieve through lithium bromide refrigeration unit,cooling water temperature can low to 5?,it can be used for cooling and liquefying process after these improvements refrigerant;Hot water temperature can reach 95 ?,it can be used to heat the feed gas desulfurization process MDEA rich solution.The total cooling capacity refrigeration unit to optimize the allocation of a reasonable three heat exchanger,so that the improved liquefaction process than the lowest energy consumption under the program,while the use of lithium bromide heat pump technology to process low-temperature waste heat recovery to heat the wastewater desulfurization agent MDEA flooded to about 80 ?,since the heat pump performance coefficient of 1.69 is greater than 1,thus further reducing production costs to complete the energy utilization.Aiming 5×104m3/d small LNG refrigeration unit uses lithium bromide cooling water and refrigeration to liquefy the rational allocation process heat exchanger,to achieve the comprehensive utilization of energy recovery,improved liquefaction system greatly reduces energy consumption,energy consumption of 614kW reduced to 537kW,a decline of 12.5%...
