In high gas-contained gathering and transportation pipelines,the flow is instability and the pressure fluctuates in a large range,particularly,slug flow generates great impact on the normal operation of downstream processing equipments.In this paper,the variation of flow patterns and pressure in high gas-contained undulating pipelines are investgated through experiments,then,the pressure drop and flow patterns along the pipeline are calculated by pipephase.The calculated results are compared with the measured results.Through the experiments of undulating pipelines,we can find that in upwardly inclined pipelines,the T-D Flow chart has an accutare predict for smooth stratified flow,wavy stratified flow and slug flow.In upwardly inclined pipelines,the T-D flow chart has an accutare predict for smooth stratified flow and slug flow,but it may mistake wavy stratified flow for slug flow,and what's more,The larder the velocity of the liquid,The greater the possibility of the existence of slug flow.Therefore,to be safe,we can treat wavy stratified flow as slug flow.In this paper,the steady-state calculation model of pipephase was screened,including BBM?MB?MBE?XIAO?DEF?EF?Olimens and steady-state OLGA model.Among them,the calculated value s of MB and EF model are Significantly higher than the experimental values,the error of the predictive value of BBM?XIAO?DEF?Olimens and steady-state OLGA model is small.The predicted pressure valves are sequenced as follows,EF >MB >MBE >BBM >XIAO >OLGA >Olimens >TACITE >DEF.Lu-22 Pipeline is simulated with the models above,and the predicted pressure values are sequenced as follows,EF >XIAO >DEF >Olimens >OLGA >TACITE >MBE >MB >BBM.EF?XIAO?DEF?Olimens have better predicted values.By Changing the Inner diameters and gas-liquid flow rates,we can find that the predicted pressure values have the same trend,still is EF >XIAO >DEF >Olimens >OLGA >TACITE >MBE >MB >BBM.The finally determined predictive model are XIAO?DEF and Olimens.By using the steady state models of different pipe sections in pipephase,and through XIAO method,the calculation precision can be improved.
