Experimental Study On Gas Desorption Of Tectonic Coal With Laminated Structure And Granular Texture

In order to reveal the structure of mechanism of gas desorption in tectonic coal,a coal sample test device had been designed for testing the gas desorption capacities and velocity of western Henan Province tectonic coal with different structural characteristics.Based on the macro and micro structure characteristics and gas desorption data of coal samples,the desorption of coal with different structure is studied.The research results show that the gas desorption characteristics of coal are different according to the different characteristics of the tectonic coal structure.(1)Compared with the tectonic coal with granular texture,the initial desorption rate of coal gas desorption in tectonic coal with laminated structure has obvious change.Within the first minute,the gas desorption speed in tectonic coal with laminated structure increase rapidly,after the first minute,the desorption rate sharply attenuate.And the tectonic coal with granular texture always maintain uniform desorption rate within five minutes.(2)The gas desorption capacities and velocity in tectonic coal with laminated structure is larger and faster than in tectonic coal with granular texture;the gas desorption capacities of former in 0 ~ 1 min,0 ~ 3 min,0 ~ 5 min and 0 ~ 60 min are respectively 3.51~3.70 times,3.11~3.46 times,2.80~3.16 times,3.05~3.46 times as big as the gas deception capacities of latter;the gas desorption velocity of former in tenth seconds and sixtieth seconds are respectively 3.72 ~ 3.92 times and 3.78~ 4.29 times as faster as the gas desorption velocity of former.(3)Barrell type can calculate the lost content of gas desorption in tectonic coal with granular texture.When the lost content of gas desorption in tectonic coal with laminated structure is calculated by the Barrell type,there is large error.(4)If use a logarithmic formula estimate the amount of gas desorption in tectonic coal with different structure in middle and late stage,can get accurate results.The coal gas desorption time of the tectonic coal with granular texture is longer than that of the tectonic coal with laminated structure.When calculating the amount of gas desorption in tectonic coal in middle and late stage by fitting formula,we should set different desorption time.
