In order to adapt to the development needs of modern manufacturing industry,the machining performance requirements of the increasingly high.And machine tool performance is often determined by the conditions of chatter occurs when cutting,machine tool chatter in addition to the characteristics of the machine itself,but also with the processing of the selected cutting parameters.Based on the theory of regenerative theory,this paper studies the processing stability of the machine tool and analyzes the two-dimensional and three-dimensional stability regions by combining the theory and experiment,which provides the theoretical basis for the choice of machining parameters.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the domestic and foreign scholars on the chatter of a simple understanding of the study,introduced and presented chatter in the current research flaws exist in the current theory on the basis of the next step analysis.(2)Establish the static milling force model,and establish dynamic milling force model by analyzing the change of dynamic cutting thickness in regenerative flutter.And the milling force coefficient identification model is proposed,which provides the theoretical method for the following experiments.The required coefficients in the model are then obtained by experiment.(3)using the analytic method of stability of the two-dimensional analysis,and draw the corresponding stability lobe diagram.Since the two-dimensional stability is sometimes not comprehensive enough,the three-dimensional stability domain is calculated and analyzed on two-dimensional basis.(4)It can be seen from the literature that the feed rate has little effect on the stability under the condition of large radial immersion milling;but it will have obvious effect on the low radial immersion milling,and establishes the milling force coefficient and feed rate The relationship between the model,through experiments to solve and verify.
