Camellia is a special oil plant in China.With high unsaturated fatty acid content,its nutritional value is as high as olive oil and it is known as "Oriental olive oil".In recent years,the planted area of camellia fruit has been expanded continuously.However,the shelling operation of Camellia oleifera fruit still uses manual processing methods,which is of low efficiency,high labor intensity and high processing cost.With the increase of labor cost and the development of factory processing,the mechanization and automation of postharvest processing of Camellia oleifera fruit is imminent.In this paper,the specific research work of camellia oleifera shell broken machine is as follows:First of all,to reduce seed damage and improve the integrity of the shell,a new type of pressing shell breaker for camellia oleifera fruit is designed,which imitate the shelling action in human way with the pneumatic press finger,the main part of the device.the basic structure of the press finger is direct-action slider mechanism.The extrusion pressure applied on Camellia oleifera fruit is changed by changing the pressure value of the compressed air in cylinder.Meanwhile,the matching trapezoidal track with edge is designed.Whole machine structure and pneumatic transmission system of shell breaking machine is designed on the basis of above research,mechanical design drawings are completed and a prototype of camellia oleifera shell breaker is developed.Secondly,ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)was used to simulate the kinematics simulation analysis of pressure stripping angle based on the virtual prototyping technology.From the obtained simulation results,it can be seen that the stripping angle changed with the diameter of the camellia fruit,but the angle variation is not greater than 90? which meet the conditions to achieve valve shell.Then,the simulation results are verified by the prototype.The experimental data shows that: the prototype of camellia oleifera shell breaker meets the design requirements.Finally,a single factor and orthogonal experiment were performed.The orthogonal experiment was established based on influential factors,the angle of the track ?,the roller speed n and the cylinder pressure p and the evaluating indicator,shelling rate Wt,the seed breaking rate Wp and the shell ratio Ws.In addition,the orthogonal test results were analyzed by analysis of variance.The analysis shows that when the angle of the track is 40?,the roller speed is 80 r / min,and the cylinder pressure is 3 bar,the result is best.Then,the field experiment was carried out on the prototype to verify the good shelling effect.The results showed that the shelling rate was 91.5%,the seed breaking rate was 2.0% and the shell ratio is 18.3%under the optimum parameters.The results show that the shell breaking machine can meet the actual production requirements and can be used as reference for the shelling of Camellia oleifera.A pressure-stripped oil-tea fruit shelling machine was designed and manufacturedbased on the experimental study of the material properties of camellia oleifera.The pressure-stripping angle was analyzed by the software ADAMS.Finally,a single factor and orthogonal experiment were carried out.Field experiments showed that the indexes of the crushing horn meeted the design requirements with high practical value.The study of the crushing machine has a certain reference value for the research and development of the related machinery of camellia oleifera processing industry,and it also has a certain effect on the development of camellia oleifera fruit processing industry.
