With the energy environmental problems becoming increasingly prominent,the development of renewable energy and utilization were involved actively in the world.Owing to the cellulose nanocrystalline film special physical and chemical properties,which can be applied in optical sensor devices.In this paper,a method of preparing cellulose nanocrystal color film from ramie bone fibers was established by using ramie bone as the raw material.The low efficiency of ramie bone utilization issues that extremely concerned by departments can be settled.In this paper,we reviewed the research on the self-assembled color film of ramie,cellulose and nanometer cellulose,The extraction and separation of the cellulose and lignin from ramie bone,and the preparation process of nanocrystalline cellulose and the nanocrystalline structure color film were studied as follows:The effects of extraction and separation conditions(reaction temperature,reaction time and NaOH concentration)on the yield of crude cellulose were investigated by steam blasting-alkali extraction of cellulose and lignin from ramie bone.The detached cellulose was analyzed by infrared analysis and partial metal element analysis.The ramie bone fiber nanocrystalline were prepared by the prepared cellulose.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,H2SO4 concentration and liquid-solid ratio were carried on in this research.At the same time,the prepared cellulose nanocrystalline were characterized.Synthesis process of nanocrystalline cellulose self-assembled structural color film was conducted using nanocrystalline cellulose as materials.And then the self-assembly process was optimized.
