At present,in some spinning mills,the process of cheeses' packaging mostly is accomplished artificially.In the process,the operators are obliged to repeat the same operation,and the work hour is very long and the work is rigid,which makes the operators easy to fatigue.At the same time,the packaging efficiency is low and the packaging quality is poor.Some spinning mills use semi-automatic packaging equipment,in order to replace part of the process of packaging,but those equipment still needs a number of workers to take part.At the same time,the weight of the whole package of cheeses is under an obligation to control within a small error range,when the yarn is traded in the domestic and foreign markets.Nonetheless,at present,there is a lack of a more accurate method to control the weight of the entire package of cheeses.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a packaging system with the function of automatic counterweight,in order to put the cheeses on the conveyor automatically after the cheeses winging.The weight of the entire package of cheese can be controlled by weighting the single cheese and making the cheeses counterweight,which can provide technical assistance for the automation and intelligence of spinning workshop.In this paper,the overall design scheme of the packaging system built on automatic counterweight is analyzed firstly.The structure and working principle of the key mechanisms of the cheeses packaging system with the counterweight are described detailedly,such as the module of putting cheeses on the conveyor automatically and the module of weighting the single cheese and the module of detecting the cheeses smaller and bigger ends and the mechanism of overturning the cheese selectively.The principle and the method and process of the counterweight are tested and designed emphatically.The related software and hardware system are developed.The main research work is as follows:(1).According to the requirements of the packaging process and combined with themanual packaging workflow,the realization method and the whole design scheme of the packaging system with automatic function of the counterweight are determined.The working principle and the mechanical structure of the typical mechanism for the whole system are studied and designed,such as the module of putting cheeses on the conveyor automatically and the module of detecting the cheeses smaller and bigger ends with the timer and the mechanism of overturning the cheese selectively.(2).The module of the counterweight is designed and researched.A method model for the counterweight is put forward.The mechanical structure,working principle and the process of the counterweight is analyzed and designed.Pneumatic system is used as the main driver of the entire packaging system.The overall structure of the pneumatic system is designed according to the packaging process.(3).The hardware of the cheeses packaging control system with the counterweight is designed.According to the control requirement,the hardware system of the whole packaging system is researched and designed.Siemens S7-300 PLC is used as the main controller.The hardware of the entire control system is analyzed and selected,such as the motors,inverter and touch screen.In addition,the communication network of the entire control system is analyzed and designed.The software of the control system is designed and developed.Software programming flow of some functional modules is analyzed and designed.In addition,software programming flow of the automatic counterweight module is introduced in detail.At the same time,the Wincc flexible software is used to design the display interface of the touch screen to realize the human-computer interaction function.(4).On the basis of the analysis and design of the system,the simulation of the movement process for the typical mechanism is performed.Partial results have been tested in the enterprise which works together with the research group.Finally,it summarizes the research work and points out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the system,and puts forward the following improvement plan.
