After many years of reservoir operation,sediment pollution has become an important factor affecting the ecological environment of reservoir.Collection of representative sediment samples is the basis of related research.The survey shows that the sediment collection mainly uses of surface sediment sample collection equipment and columnar sediment collection equipment.Through the investigation and analysis of the sediments of the typical reservoirs,it is found that the sediments are imported by exogenous pollution and gradually deposited in the still water environment,which have obvious bedding and timing characteristics after years of accumulation.The existing sampling equipment has its own application environment,but can not be fully applied to the reservoir of such soft,layered sediment samples collected.In this paper,by investigating the structural characteristics of reservoir sediments and analyzing the key problems of sampling,the sampling equipment suitable for reservoir sediment collection is developed.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the sedimentary characteristics in the three inflow,Liu Dian area and dike sections of the Biliuhe reservoir,it is found that the sediments on the bottom of the reservoir are thinner and the water content is large and the carrying capacity is low.The stratigraphic characteristics of sediments are obvious.It should take full account of the susceptibility and bedding characteristics of sediment when sampling.(2)After the sampling tube enters the sediment,the sediment is deformed and compressed by the influence of the frictional force.Reasonable sampling mode selection and sampling tube structure design can effectively improve the sampling depth and reduce the disturbance of the sediment.The sealing of the sampling tube can enhance the fidelity of the sediment.It should also take into account the actual sampling conditions and reservoir environmental conditions when design the sampler in order to enhance the adaptability and operability of the sampler.(3)Based on the analysis of the actual structural features of sediments and the key problems of sampling,the dynamic mechanism of the sampler,the upper drainage mechanism,the lower plug mechanism and the sampling tube are designed.The whole structure of fidelity bedding sediment samples sampler is designed,the connection and anti-loose of the sampler are analyzed,and the stress analysis and optimization design of the vibration mechanism are carried out by the finite element analysis software.(4)The operation procedure of this sampler is developed,and the main points in the sampling are analyzed.This sampler is applied to the actual sampling of Biliuhe Reservoir and Tanghe Reservoir,and achieved ideal sampling effect.
