With the developing of bioscience technology, traditional technology has to be updated to meet the corresponding requirements.Fluorescent probe is one of the new technology which has many advantages, such as sensitive, cheap, easy operation and visualization etc.It has been used in many areas.Especially on the detection of the material in organism such as metal ion, proton, small molecule,DNA,RNA and protein etc.Hydrogen sulfide is not only an important cell signaling molecule, but also plays an important physiological role.It is very important to measure H2 S to study the mysteries of life.Being one of the most basic physiological property,pH has been the focus of research. In this paper, both pH and hydrogen sulfide can be detected simultaneously by using the flexible linked of the two fluorophores of naphthalene and the closed-loop rhodamine. The corresponding application of the imaging of Hepg2 cells was determined.Hypochlorite is a strong oxidizing substance, which is an effective component of disinfectant. The same hypochlorite also plays an important role in organisms, such as participating in oxidation reaction, killing bacteria, resisting inflammation, and many other important physiological functions. Therefore,it is also of great significance for fluorescent detection of hypochlorite. In this paper,a ratiometric fluorescent probe was designed with the naphthalene and rodamine hydrazide. Moreover, the cytotoxicity of the probe was very low,and its potential biological application was confirmed by HepG2 cell imaging experiment.
