With the extensive use of rapid industrial development and new materials,people gradually realized the dangers of the material generated because of fatigue fracture.Then the need for a project can be fast and accurate method for predicting structural fatigue parameters,thermographic method to measure fatigue emerged.This paper is an experimental fatigue experiments under different levels of stress on the steel FV520 B implemented.So infrared thermographic technology has been developed to predict the fatigue limit,stress-strain curve and the residual life of the material.At the same time,the finite element method is used to study the deformation mechanism.By comparison with traditional methods,using thermographic methods on the fatigue behavior of the material can be analyzed to show its better place compared to traditional methods.At present,it is concluded that the thermographic method is very promising and can help us to obtain reliable fatigue limit and fatigue parameters.In this paper,the change of the surface temperature of the specimen under different stress cyclic loading is performed by using the infrared thermal instrument.The experimental method is improved,and a new mathematical model is set up to deal with the collected data.
