Energy is an important resource for people's survival,but with the development of the science technology and society,petroleum,coal and other non-renewable resources is reducing increasingly,which makes some renewable energy gradually entered people's field of vision.Solar energy is one of them,and as a solar photovoltaic industry raw materials in the domestic polysilicon was mainly rely on imports.With the development of economy,the domestic polysilicon industry is currently facing a critical period of industrial upgrading,the enterprise demand for high-purity polysilicon is more intense,and the purity of graphite used for components also require more demanding.Although abroad has complete preparation technology and production equipment is relatively mature,but the country is still the initial stage,and by the foreign technical blockade,so far for the production of ultra high purity graphite carbon purification equipment is not feasible and effective solutions.Carbon purification furnace equipment is to eliminate graphite component impurities,graphite purification.For the original carbon purification furnace equipment producing problems,further research,optimization,design,and manufacture an new equipment with the requirements of the production process.In this paper,the corrosion components of the original carbon purification furnace?SEM,EDS,XRD?were analyzed.Finally the attachment included: six water chromium chloride?CrCl2·6H2O?,six water ferric chloride?FeCl3·6H2O?,ferrous chloride four hydrate?FeCl2·4H2O?,four water nickel chloride?NiCl2·4H2O?,magnesium iron?magnesium ferrite spinel composite oxide,MgFe2O4?and two water nickel chloride?NiCl2·2H2O?crystal.According to analysing the attachment,determining the mechanism of the corrosion of equipment.In the high temperature,chlorine can react with the elements of the alloy and produce different physical product in different temperatures,causing the original design of the pipeline was blocked,affecting the normal operation of the equipment.Combined with other industry measures to determine the equipment material.But the heat transfer will directly affect the selection,material and structure design of equipment,so it contrast theoretical calculation and Fluent finite element software simulation with the measured value,provide a theoretical basis for the material selection and structure design of equipment.Optimize the structure of the equipment,so that the new equipment can further improve the quality of products to meet the needs of production.
