In the detection of trace analytes,it is necessary to enrich the analytes and remove the interference of solute,and it is usually go through the procedures of separation,extraction,free-drying,recrystallization,ultrafiltration and any others[1-4].Therefore,it is extremely necessary to develop a more simple,rapid,and environment friendly separation and enrichment method.In this paper,a sample pretreatment technique for rapid separation and preconcentration of complex water samples was presented.It could realize the separation and enrichment of the components in the complex water samples,and had the advantages of simple operation,low cost and environmental friendliness.In this paper,the working principle of bubble pretreatment technology was studied and the technical characteristics were expounded.The applicability of this technology combined with common analytical instruments(mass spectrometry,chromatography,spectroscopy,etc.)was discussed,and have applied it to the study of human urine metabonomics,the detection of prohibited drugs,clinical diagnosis and so on.The main contents of this paper include:1.The operation model,parameter setting,working principle and technical characteristic of the bubble pretreatment technology were studied.2.Application of bubble pretreatment technology-mass spectrometry in the analysis of complex samples.1)The separation and enrichment of various organic compounds were studied by bubble pretreatment technology- electrospray ionization mass spectrometry,and the enrichment factor(R)of each kind of single compound(17 species)at a certain initial concentration were in 10~100.However,the concentration of inorganic analytes is basically unchanged; 2)The method of bubble pretreatment technology-extraction electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was established to analysis the actual samples of small volume of volatile components in perfume.It was found that the signal of volatile components have increased 4 times;3)The method of bubble pretreatment technology-fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry was established to identify the metabolites in urine.Finally,113 urine metabolities were identified by searching the database and analyzing by tandem mass spectrometry;4)The clenbuterol and salbutamol in urine have been detected,the method could effectively improve the sensitivity of mass spectrometry;5)Urine samples from healthy individuals and patients with nephropathy were identified by principal component analysis,and it will bring gospel to the early diagnosis of nephropathy.3.The method of bubble pretreatment technology-high performance liquid chromatography was established to determine the oxytetracycline in environment water samples.The enrichment factor of oxytetracycline was 36 times,the recoveries were 97.71%,102.81%,105.26%,which could satisfy the demand for the determination of oxytetracycline in environment water samples.4.The method of bubble pretreatment technology-GC/MS was established to determine the perfume.It could effectively improve the separation and enrichment effect,the intensity of signal was increased,and the number was increased by 3 times at the same time.5.The method of bubble pretreatment technology-fluorescent spectrometry was established to determine the quinine in the presence of high concentration of salt.Under the disturbing of high concentration of salt,the signal intensity of quinine has increased 10 times.It has an important application prospect.
