A variety of pollution caused by intensive livestock and poultry farming have been caused widespread concern.Cu,Zn,Cd and As in pig manure mainly come from the feed,adding these trace elements can promote pig growth and enhance the ability of pig resistance to disease,but the Utilization of these elements by pig is low,most of the metabolites discharged to the outside,if not properly handled,it will pollute the environment.In this paper,the heavy metals Cu,Zn and Cd in the fecal matter of typical pig farms in the suburb of Chongqing were studied.The contents and occurrence of three heavy metals in pig manure were studied.The removal effect of copper in pig manure and its influencing factors,the change of heavy metal occurrence after chemical leaching,and so on,provide the theoretical basis for the control technology of heavy metals in the fecal fecal matter and put forward the relevant control technology to control the heavy metals Pollution is of great significance.In view of the heavy metal control technology in pig manure,this paper has carried on the following research:(1)Pollution Investigation: The content of heavy metals in pig feed,the content of heavy metals in pig manure,and the occurrence of heavy metals in pig manure were investigated.(2)Chemical Leaching Test: Under the laboratory conditions,the effects of chemical leaching on the removal of Cu,Zn and Cd heavy metals in pig manure were studied.The chemical leaching time,the type of acid,the solid concentration and pH The influence of several factors on the removal effect,according to the results of the study than the preferred chemical leaching reaction parameters for the pilot study to provide reasonable parameters and theoretical support.(3)Morphological study: The effect of chemical leaching on the occurrence of heavy metals in pig manure of different growing pigs was studied by chemical leaching according to the best parameters obtained in 2.(4)According to the above research,the related control technology of heavy metal pollution in pig manure was put forward.The main findings are as follows:1)The addition of three heavy metals in piglets and pigtail feeds exceeded the demand of normal growth of pigs.The amount of heavy metals in piglets was higher than that of finishing pigs.The addition of Zn in piglets was more serious.The occurrence of Cu in pig pig manure and fattening pig pig manure is quite different,and the difference of occurrence pattern of Zn and Cd is small,and heavy metal in pig pig manure is more stable.2)the leaching rate of the three kinds of heavy metals has a great influence on the leaching rate of the three kinds of heavy metals.With the increase of the reaction time,the leaching rate of the heavy metals increases,but the leaching rate of the heavy metals is not changed after a certain time.The lower the solid concentration of pig manure,the better the removal effect of heavy metals in pig manure.The removal efficiency of Zn in pig manure was better than that of organic acid.The removal efficiency of Cu and Cd in pig manure was better than that of inorganic acid.PH value and the leaching rate of three kinds of heavy metals showed a significant negative correlation.The lower the reaction pH,the more favorable the leaching of heavy metals.3)chemical leaching on pig manure in the Cu,Zn,Cd have a certain removal effect.The removal efficiency of heavy metals in pig manure was better than that of piglets,mainly because the content of heavy metals in pig pig manure was higher than that of finishing pigs,and heavy metals in pig pig manure were more stable than pig manure.For pig pig pig manure removal effect is poor,but the fixation effect is better than fattening pigs and pig manure.4)according to the relevant research for different growth period of pig manure corresponding processing technology,combined with the relevant research process combination,so as to put forward related farming fecal heavy metal control technology.
