Reseach On The Design And Implementation Of Shishi City Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion Project

Shishi City sewage treatment plant is the key construction projects in Fujian Province and one of the important tasks which are comprehensive management of environmental pollution in Quanzhou coastal waters.With the rapid development of Shishi's economy and the gradually advancing in the integration of urban and rural construction,the scale and population of Shishi city is increasing,the urban environment has been under great pressure.According to the relevant planning of sewage,the long-term treatment scale of Shishi City sewage treatment plant will reach 15~18 million m3/d.At the same time,with the improvement of sewage pipe network and the implementation of the new sewage diversion project,the sewage volume is likely to increase.Since 2013,the running water inflows of the sewage treatment plant has basically close to or even exceed the construction scale(100 000 m3/D),achieving full load and short-time overload operation,as soon as possible the implementation of the expansion project is very necessary.This thesis is to design the technical scheme of Shishi City sewage treatment plant expansion project.On the basis of the actual situation of Shishi City sewage treatment plant expansion project,this thesis analyzes the project from sewage treatment scheme selection,design,construction,and researches the quality control,safely control and environmental effect,by using the method of project management.At the same time,Shishi City sewage treatment plant management,scale and technique is in a more advanced level among the small towns sewage treatment field.Through the study on the expansion project,it is in order for that the thesis can be used as reference for the way of thinking and method by the expansion project of other cities sewage treatment plant.
