With the rapid development of the automotive industry,to bring people convenience at the same time,also brought a serious energy and environmental crisis.So efficient and environmentally friendly engine has become the trend of development,gasoline engine is one of the one.Gasoline combustion can combine the advantages of traditional diesel engines and gasoline engines into one,both to achieve the efficient diesel engine,but also to keep the gasoline engine clean.At present,there are three modes of HCCI(homogeneous charge),PPCI(partial premixed),MPCI(multi-stage pre-blended),but each has its advantages and disadvantages.This experiment for fuel injection parameters on the particulate and gaseous pollutants were studied,the influence of the analysis of the fuel injection time,injection pressure and EGR influence law of particulate and gaseous pollutants.Experiments are conducted on a four cylinder diesel engine and the gasoline and diesel fuel mix 20%,80% for G80.Experimental results show that under the condition of invariable in other fuel injection strategy,improve the injection pressure,the modal particle number concentration peak shift toward the small particle size and the quantity of modal particles are declining,NO_x emissions have greatly ascend,and HC,CO is on the decline;When an EGR rate increased from 10% to 10%,the modal particle number concentration peak are offset in the direction of large particle size,the number of modal particles are on the rise,especially the EGR rate increased from 25% to 30%,the number of particles increase,and the increase of EGR rate also inhibits the formation of NO_x,HC changed little,growing larger CO;First injection time ahead of time,the experimental results show that the particulate emissions,reducing NO_x emissions,reduce HC and CO;Second injection time,ahead of the modal particle number concentration peak to the small particle size direction deviation,and the number of modal particles are declining,and the NO_x in rising trend,HC,CO.
