With the continuous development of science and technology,the level of automation of industrial production is getting higher and higher.Electrical equipment in modern production and the role of the growing influence of electrical equipment fault occurs in the operation or failure will not only cause significant economic losses,and may also lead to catastrophic casualties and bad social impact.The safety production of large equipment in mining enterprises is the most important,and its operation and management is directly related to the efficiency of mining enterprises and production safety.Therefore,?Long-term Scientific and Technological Development(2006-2020)? proposed to focus on the study of major products and major facilities life prediction technology.This paper mainly studies the application of harmonic fault diagnosis technology in the mine electrical equipment.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of other fault diagnosis techniques,we can get the conclusion that the harmonic fault diagnosis technology can diagnose whether the equipment is deteriorated or not,deterioration site and degree of deterioration.Harmonic fault diagnosis technology is of great significance to the safe and efficient production of mining enterprises.Harmonic fault diagnosis technology is of great significance to the safe and efficient production of mining enterprises.And we design a set of PHM system for mine large electrical equipment.In the course of the study,Firstly,the current signal is filtered by the quasi synchronous sampling method and the harmonic parameters are obtained.Except that,this paper introduces the analytical theory of quasi synchronous sampling method and designs an efficient bandpass FIR filter for quasi synchronous sampling;And then expounds the theory basis,the harmonic fault diagnosis technology including:the theoretical analysis of harmonic fault diagnosis technology,the diagnostic process,the principal component analysis method and the relationship between the harmonic,the deterioration of the device,the classification of the deterioration level.Next,it introduces the structure of PHM system,On the basis of the basic components of the PHM system and the demand of the mine,the harmonic fault diagnosis technology is embedded into the PHM system.Then the system is applied to Xinji No.2 Mine.Finally,the PHM system based on harmonic fault diagnosis technology can be applied to the fault detection of mine electrical equipment.And it's validity and accuracy can be verified.
