Chitosan has attracted so much attention as a polymer material for biodegradable and regenerated,and the lack of inherent characteristics of chitosan has limited its application.Various modification methods have been used to carry out the active polyhydroxy functional groups in chitosan structure Modified to enhance the application of chitosan.In recent years,nano-materials research has become a hot spot,chitosan nanomaterials and other artificial polymer materials compared to the advantages of more prominent.At the same time through the chitosan as the main raw material of the membrane material in agriculture,medicine,environmental protection and other aspects are widely used.In this paper,chitosan as the research object,through its modification,nano,membrane treatment,and further optimize the preparation process to improve its application value,the specific research as follows:(1)In the paper,N-succinyl chitosan was prepared by acidification of succinic anhydride and chitosan in dimethyl sulfoxide.IR spectroscopy showed that the acylation reaction between chitosan and succinic anhydride had been successfully introduced into the succinyl group at the N-position to prepare N-succinyl chitosan.And the degree of deacetylation of N-succinyl chitosan was 0.63.Solubility test showed that the water solubility of N-succinyl chitosan was stronger than that of chitosan.(2)In the paper,the chitosan nanometer and N-succinyl chitosan nanoparticles were prepared by ion-induced method,and the influencing factors in the preparation process were analyzed experimentally.The nanosized particles of the N-succinyl chitosan nanoparticles can reach 195 nm and the nanoparticles are stable.The morphology of the nanoparticles can be observed from the electron micrographs and the dispersibility is good.(3)The chitosan film and N-succinyl chitosan membrane were prepared by casting method.The optimum preparation conditions of the membrane were as follows: the concentration of chitosan solution 2%,Alkali treatment time 3h,drying temperature 50 ?,drying time 4h.Infrared spectroscopy showed that the addition of glycerol did not change the internal structure of chitosan molecules,However,glycerol can significantly improve the ductility of the membrane,thus maximizing the good biological properties of chitosan in the composite membrane.
