The bimetal tube is a new composite material by two different composite made of metal pipe,which have good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties,and also low cost.In this paper,the liquid bulge forming trend process of bimetal tube and the influences of thermal load and the mechanical bending behavior on the bonding strength of bimetal tube are both investigated.The main contents include:1.Based on the elastic plasticity theory,the stress strain characteristics and the deformation of inner tube under the condition of loading and unloading the liquid bulge forming pressure are investigated.Meanwhile,the tube expanding pressure and residual contact pressure and the relationship between the tube expanding pressure and contact pressure between tubes are obtained,which provide theoretical basis for the safe production and equipment design clad pipe.2.The process of liquid bulge forming is simulated with ABAQUS software,to analyze the stress strain and unstability of the inner and outer tube during the forming process,to determine the limiting value of the clad pipe's tube expanding pressure.The conclusions have important meanings for instructing the produce of bimetal tube.3.The variation of clad pipe stress state and the residual contact pressure are investigated to determine the influence of thermal load on the clad tube bonding strength under the temperature load.According to the principle of residual contact pressure changed with the thermal load,the appropriate temperature scope of the clad pipe is obtained,which provide the basis for the actual application of clad pipe.4.Final,the mechanical bending behavior of the clad pipe is simulated,analyze the influence of bending failure of the clad pipe and different bending radius on the bonding strength and bending formability of the clad pipe under different magnitude of interference,which provide engineering value for manufacturing and utilizing of the clad pipe.
