Aluminum alloy regarded as "Hope Metal" because of its unique excellent properties.It is needed in more and more fields.Welding technology as a basic technology in the national economy is destined to become an important partner of Aluminum Alloy sheet products.As the Aluminum alloy sheet also has many drawbacks,which brings a certain degree of difficulty to the welding work.These drawbacks are all caused by high input energy.Facing the problem,a Research on Low Input Energy Control Technology of Pulse Metal Inter-Gas Welding for Aluminum Alloy sheet Alloy sheet is put forward in this paper.It provides a new Pulse MIG welding power source for Aluminum Alloy sheet welding,and a new process control methods for it.Research work is supported by Special Project on the Integration of Industry,Education and Research of Guangdong Province(2013B090600098),Guangdong Province Natural Science Funding Project(2016A030313117).This paper is organized as following:(1)According to the Pulse MIG welding for Aluminum Alloy sheet,a welding power source was introduced into ensure each circuit module working stably,and input and output signal of the welding process delivering reliably.(2)In order to improve the accuracy of the waveform,modeling the PID controller which was used in the Pulse MIG welding for Aluminum Alloy sheet,combine adaptive neural networks feedforward control in the process control.Meanwhile,depending on Pulse Frequency Modulation to control the arc length in order to keep the arc length steady.(3)Used the waveform control in arc starting and stopping control,P-MIGW control,DPMIGW control,TP-MIGW control.And analyzed the each stage with the aid of mathematical operation.(4)The experiment results showed that P-MIGW isn't suitable for low input energy welding of aluminum alloy sheet.DP-MIGW and TP-MIGW both can reduce the input energy through reducing the the number of pulse in low energy pulse group or increasing base time of low energy pulse group or increasing the welding speed.After macroscopic and microscopic analyze,TP-MIGW can reduce input energy more effectively.
