A large number of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)were emitted into the environment as the rapid development of industrial and agricultural industry since the reform and opening up,and eventually accumulated in the soil and were not degraded for a long time, which resulting in serious soil polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons pollution, and hence impose a great on agricultural production, human health, and terrestrial ecosystem safety. Therefore, the control and remediation of PAHs-contaminated soil have become one of the hot field in the fields of environmental science and soil chemistry. In recent years, the use of bioremediation of PAHs to pollute farmland has been highly concerned by academics, but bioremediation research has remained at the level of laboratory simulation and has not yet formed a bioremediation technology system that does not affect agricultural production and we have had a shortage of some research results, including how to remove the pollutants in the natural environment. On the basis of biological agents developed by our team, the paper carried out the farmland field experiments. In this paper, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon farm field experiments were carried out.Based on the investigation of the pollution of the experimental plot, the bioremediation effect of the polluted farmland was investigated, and the changes of the soil ecosystem during the restoration were analyzed to provide data support for the application of the PAH pollution farmland bioremediation technology. The main results were following:Firstly, the addition of biological agents can promote the degradation of PAHs in contaminated soils. After six months of repair, the total amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil can be increased by 17-44%.The average degradation rate of PAHs can be increased by 12%-57%,especially for high cyclic PAHs,which can be increased by 57%.Secondly,adding biological agents can improve the soil dehydrogenase activity, improve the microbial community structure, and promote the degradation of PAHs.Thirdly,in the process of bioremediation, the concentration of the the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)absorbed in the planted mustard were decreased, especially the 3-4 cyclic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).Through the field repair experiment, the development of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon biological agents has an excellent repair effect without toxic effects on the farmland indigenous microorganisms, and help to protect the quality of agricultural products, which is an environmentally friendly bioremediation preparations.
