Coal mine underground drainage system,is a multi-input and multi-output system,the control of such complex systems, process control to become a key issue to be solved. The research on the underground drainage system of coal mine enterprises has a very important role in improving the safety of coal mine production.In view of the above problems, this paper studies the control method of multivariate nonlinear system based on the present situation of mine drainage in coal mine. Based on the relevant theoretical model of underground drainage, the related hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is designed, and the accuracy and feasibility of the corresponding control method are analyzed for the underground drainage system of coal mine enterprise. Conducted a comprehensive analysis. A method of underground drainage control for multivariate nonlinear coal mine enterprises based on neural network is proposed. In the coal mine underground drainage system model is unknown circumstances given the relevant control method. The influence of non - linear term of neural network on the underground closed - loop system of coal mine is studied by using neural network, and multi-model switching is used to deal with the influence of dynamic characteristics of underground drainage system in coal mine. The PID control method of underground mine drainage based on neural network is given by PID algorithm. When the parameters of the underground control system of underground coal mine are unknown, the new adaptive control algorithm is combined with the nonlinear PID algorithm, and the validity of the proposed method is verified.In this paper, taking the pump as the drainage, the control method of the multivariate nonlinear system based on the practical application of the downhole drainage in the coal mine is carried out. The simulation experiment of the complex industrial process of the mine underground mine is verified, and the control method proposed in this paper is verified Is effective and achievable.
